Why do we do what we do?
We are about training people face to face. Today our society is slowly losing the art of belonging, in a group, family, work environment, due to digital age communication. We love the digital age but we want people to know they are not alone and are an integral part of a team, that no man is an island and that together we create magical moments and together we can build a better world. This of course does require the ability to communicate with and be in the space and presence of others.
How do we work with participants?
excelucation education is a purpose designed 'Learn by Doing' theme-based form of training. We use (RRT) Rapid Results Technology principles, to educate and facilitate participant personal and professional development, in areas of confidence, self-esteem and respect, assertiveness, team building and management; leadership and communication skills; public speaking, creativity and business acumen. HSWA Act 2015 Why do we design and deliver this form of training? Because it is effective and an efficient way to learn and retain knowledge. We know people learn in different ways and design our programs to include the different learning and application styles so all attendees benefit. We provide programs that are Practical ~ Memorable ~ Life Changing.
Who do we work with?
We create, educate and facilitate excelucation education, theme based training programs for
- The Corporate Sector - we are able to design and facilitate programs to meet company specific objectives with a preferred desired outcome.
- Young adults aged between 14 and 18 years of age who are creative, clever and disruptive thinkers.
- The future employee who is wanting to be confident, competent and work ready. You may be returning to the work force following time away or you may be about to start your first job, or a new job and want to be comfortable in moving into a new work situation/business environment.
o Solopreneurs and Entrepreneurs. Small and Large Teams
o We include professional and personal development in all programs we deliver. Feel free to ask us why.o We run programs for people in an industry specific realm. As an example we can fill the training room with Real Estate Agents and/or Insurance Brokers from competing companies and you all work together in the training room, not specifically on your business but you do get to take away experienced learning that you can use for yourself and your business.
Where do we provide training?
A: New Zealand Wide We travel anywhere in NZ to deliver training. How this works, and costs associated with travel, will be discussed at our initial meeting. We tend to bring all required equipment including audio, visual and theme based props with us, unless we come to a specific signed agreement.
B: Open to the Public We facilitate training programs for people in or are wanting to be in business. You may be a solopreneur, entrepreneur or you are a business owner or an employee and you choose to join a larger/public group for training. The participants who attend a public training program obtain a wide valued experience as you get to work with people you do not know and have an opportunity to grow yourself exponentially as you get to be accountable in a unique environment. We also provide a small number of sponsorship training places for 16 to 18 year olds' in a public training environment. This allows 16 to 18 year olds' to experience working with people in business and people in business to experience working with people that are about to enter the workforce. It is amazing how the skill set of an experienced employee/employer and the untapped energy of youth can open up a realm of possibilities in the training room.
C. In your business environment We facilitate training in your business/corporate environment either at an in-house venue (if suitable) or a hired venue if required. There are specific requirements in choosing a venue and this will be discussed at the initial meeting where we define between you and us the objectives and desired outcome.
