AND It all starts from making a decision to be healthy. Then you need to research into what you are happy doing to be healthy. Three important aspects of a healthy lifestyle is to eat well, exercise regularly and develop a generous with self and others mindset.
You see, due to extreme stress my body did deteriorate and I was at one stage in my life quite crippled with arthritis and required assistance to even turn over in bed. I had to have help to have me be able to walk again without assistance. There was a time I could not get in a car on my own, let alone hold the steering wheel because my fingers were so tight and in so much pain I could not curl my fingers to hold on to the steering wheel..
Things that I find important about being and staying well. include:-
1.. Feed my body the nutrition it needs for me to function the best that I can. 2. Find a a mentor to follow so that I do not have to reinvent the wheel. 3. Choose a nutritional product that works at cellular level ensuring my body functions as it was born to. 4. Create a plan of action and follow it. 5. Manage my mindset 6. Exercise every day 7. Acknowledge when I don't follow the plan. Forgive myself, recommit and restart..

The one real thing that drives us in life is to be happy. Think about that for a minute.
Why do we do what we do? Why do we behave the way we behave? It's always about having something for ourselves. We may do certain things that are good and others that are not so good, and in the background, the reason behind the doing is we want to be happy. Yes, seriously look at what you do and how you do it and why you do it. Then ask yourself what is the real reason I do what I do. Then ask again and continue to ask yourself the same question and it will eventually boil down to the one simple sentence. I do it to be happy.
Once you get that, then life changes. We start to look at what makes us happy and if you are really good at this, it tends to return to I'm happiest when people around me are happy too.
So how do we achieve happiness if we think we don't have it or not allowed to have it or cannot have it?
